About Adriana

Hi my name is Adriana,

In this lifetime I have chosen to dedicate my life to love.

​

This shows up in many different forms and allows me to lead a conscious and passionate heart centred life. 

​

Relationships are at the core of everything we do in life and the most important is the one we have with ourself.

​

I weave my personal life experience, wisdom and teachings through my work which has seen me explore and train in many different modalities. I am a mother of three amazing adults and an experienced facilitator of deep women's work.

 

I am a conscious relationship/intimacy practitioner, somatic body worker, divine feminine and embodiment leader, neurolinguistic programming and timeline therapist, sound healer, beauty/massage therapist, women's circle facilitator cacao and ceremony space holder, reiki/pranic/access consciousness practitioner and lover and seeker of all that is sacred.

My whole life I had an intuitive knowing that there had to be more than what we could physically see in this world, a divine source that if we allowed would enable us to access our truest and highest calling.

​

It is such a glorious mystery to be a woman with all our complexity, wisdom and radiance.

​

Up until this point I have had many lessons in life which have allowed me to dig deep, peel back the layers and understand myself at a true soul level. Through doing this I discovered my connection to nature, cycles and all living things. I became an enquirer of life and found mentors, teachers and healers that would allow me the space to expand my conciousness as well as heal my past wounds and transform these experiences into positive life lessons.

A whole new world opened up to me in a way that was somehow familiar, like a remembering but new at the same time.

​

My purpose is to share love, wisdom, tools, rituals and embodiment practices as well as guide you through processes to dissolve negative programs, patterns and self sabotaging beliefs and behaviours that have kept you playing small and illuminate the pathway for you to live a soul aligned life.
