Service Description

In this circle we will tap into our intuition and inner wisdom, strengthening what we hold inside as we slow down and allow ourselves to tap into that part of us and also honour the spring equinox. Includes an opening meditation, embodied movement, journaling and connection in an intimate and confidential group setting.
